Shipping Policy

At Still Theorem, every order is handled with the same intention and care that goes into creating each piece. Here is everything you need to know before your order is on its way.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once it has shipped.

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated based on your location and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Free shipping is available on orders over $[amount].

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country upon delivery. Still Theorem is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Packaging

Every order is carefully and securely packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Greeting cards ship flat in protective mailers. Puzzles ship in their original boxes with additional protective packaging.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status at any time.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window please check your tracking information first. If the issue is unresolved please reach out to us and we will do everything we can to help.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Still Theorem is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order please contact your local postal carrier. If the issue remains unresolved reach out to us directly and we will do our best to assist.
