At Still Theorem, every product is created with intention and care. We want your experience to feel as meaningful as the pieces themselves.

Greeting Cards

Due to the delicate nature of our premium linen fine art paper, greeting cards are not eligible for return or exchange. We encourage you to review all product details and images carefully before purchasing.

If your card arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with a photo of the damage. We will replace it at no cost to you.

Puzzles

To protect the integrity of every puzzle, opened puzzles are not eligible for return. Once a puzzle has been opened we cannot accept it back as pieces may be missing or compromised.

If your puzzle arrives damaged, defective, or with missing pieces, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will make it right immediately.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If anything arrives less than perfect, we will replace it. We stand fully behind every piece we create and want it to feel right the moment it arrives at your door.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, orders enter production and cannot be cancelled.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Still Theorem is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact your local postal carrier first. If the issue is unresolved, reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.
